Dorothy Knapp (our Regional Director) will present a webinar and discuss the new SHRM SCP/CP certifications. This webinar isn't approved by HRCI for CE credits towards the SPHR & PHR, but will be approved for 1 CE credit for the SHRM SCP and CP, and it’s good information for anyone not sure if you should take the SHRM SCP/CP exam or the SPHR/PHR exam.

Scott Richardson, SPHR will present "Ethics - The Fabric of Business", part of the SHRM Foundation DVD Series. The video presentation is 20 minutes long and will be accompanied with a discussion guide and Powerpoint presentation. We will break up in groups and focus on some of the questions the discussion guide poses regarding ethics: why management buy-in is critical, how companies can build an ethical foundation, important aspects of effective ethics reporting systems, linking performance to ethical standards, and more.
