    Human Resource Professional must monitor any barriers to diversity and inclusion which sometimes may be in the processes within the organizational environment.  When processes and systems are biased or exclusive, then D&I progress stalls.

    • Understand HR's role in mitigating bias in the talent management processes

    • Review common types of biases that affect different talent management processes and systems

    • Prepare a strategy to mitigate bias at your organization and how to effectively execute
