    • Remote work life offers many advantages and can even be a differentiator to help attract and retain top talent. 
    • Strong employee engagement, unified teams and effective collaboration among remote workers requires good leadership. 
    • As leaders, it’s important to watch out for signs of how employees are engaged and motivated when they are fatigued from being at home and missing the component of interacting with co-workers in this remote work life that is here today. 
    • Ensure that they feel connected to each other and the organization with how often and when leadership is communicating to employees what is happening and how we measure performance objectives to ensure that the employee feels productivity and aligned to meet the goals of the organization. 
    • Explore why remote work is here to stay and provide best practices for working and managing remotely.
