    Saundra received her law degree from Mississippi College in 2003.  Immediately after graduation, she went to work for the Phelps Dunbar law firm in its Jackson, MS office.  Her practice areas at Phelps included labor and employment, affirmative action, and civil rights litigation.  In the fall of 2014, Saundra joined BancorpSouth and currently serves as the bank's Associate General Counsel.
