The mission of the publication is to inform and educate HR professionals. Cynthia has an MBA and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is a sought-after speaker on HR Strategic Leadership. Cynthia has served as an Adjunct Professor at Christian Brothers University in Memphis teaching Human Resource Management and the Principles of Management. Cynthia taught Business Communications in the MBA program at Belhaven College in Memphis. She is also a faculty member of Bethel University in Memphis and the University of Arkansas Global Campus.
