    Scott Richardson, SPHR will present "Ethics - The Fabric of Business", part of the SHRM Foundation DVD Series. The video presentation is 20 minutes long and will be accompanied with a discussion guide and Powerpoint presentation. We will break up in groups and focus on some of the questions the discussion guide poses regarding ethics: why management buy-in is critical, how companies can build an ethical foundation, important aspects of effective ethics reporting systems, linking performance to ethical standards, and more. This presentation is pending approval by HRCI for 1 Business (Strategic) credit for our chapter.
